What we've built
Haven AI
A voice-first AI coach for freelancers, built end-to-end and launched in March 2026. It asked one Socratic question at a time, with live speech in and out. It remembered each person's story across sessions, and it checked every turn for crisis before any model saw the message. Behind it sat a research engine: 8,300+ freelancer quotes across 13 coaching modules and 8 occupation families, published as an archive of 100+ posts. The archive is still live at havenai.io.
Tender Scan & Response
A fleet that scanned public tenders and drafted the responses. 20,000+ notices read and judged from July to October 2026. 502 requirements pulled from a 990-page utility pack, each cited to its page. A first draft of a 100-field tender response in 18 minutes 47 seconds.

A voice dictation app for Windows, Rust and React on Deepgram's Flux speech-to-text, built because I wanted it on my own desk every day.
My own operation
Twelve AI agents on an always-on server, with overnight research and a morning brief at seven.
